Terms of Service
Once a commission is agreed upon the customer is responsible for following the TOS.
All transactions are done via Paypal Goods and Services via Invoices.
50% payment is due on the agreed date that an invoice is sent out.
Time for the project is set at 15 days but customer may receive their avatar before then.
Once customer receives final image of avatar and approves it, the remaining 50% balance is due.
Once final payment is received, customer will receive finished product.
If for any reason the artist or customer cancel the request after work and hours were spent on it, the customer gets an option of no refund but receiving everything the artist completed, or 50% refund from what was paid and does not receive any work the artist has done.
